Dermatologists conducted free skin cancer screenings this past May at both of Dr. Harold Farber’s offices. The Center for Dermatology offices is located in Northeast Philadelphia as well as the Main Line. Approximately 200 people, many of whom had never been examined before, attended the screening.
Dr. Harold Farber, M.D, Fellow American Academy of Dermatology, volunteered his time in support of the national program sponsored by the American Academy of Dermatology.
“More than one million new cases of skin cancer will be diagnosed in the United States this year. However, if detected and treated early, this disease can often be cured,” Dr. Farber said.
